Delft Fringe Festival 2023 is looking for new talent! .

14 November 2022

Delft Fringe Festival is the place for new makers who are at the start of their career and want to play in the most unexpected, vibrant locations in the historic city of Delft. For the twelfth edition, the festival is looking for makers who dare to step outside their comfort zone, who know how to touch the public or challenge world views. Makers can register for the festival between 31st May and 11th June 2023 until 31st December, 2022.

You can register via the festival’s website. This can be done with new or existing work from all genres in the performing arts. From opera to ballet and from cabaret to circus. And all the crossovers in between. All languages are also welcome. The festival offers a playground for new professional makers who are at the beginning of their career: makers who have followed an art training, are still working on it or are self-taught. By working with an open call, we present an inclusive and diverse program at the festival. We therefore invite everyone to register.

Delft Fringe makes new makers shine

For 12½ years now, the festival has provided a place for new makers to perform, gain experience and receive feedback from both audiences and professionals, including theater agents and scouts. An audience award will be awarded, resulting in a lot of media attention. In the run-up to the festival, the organization offers extra guidance in the artistic career of the talents. The function of the festival as a springboard to the cultural field is more important than ever at this time. It is the opportunity for young makers to grow to full houses and rave reviews.

How does the registration work?

Do you have a performance that you would like to show at the Delft Fringe Festival? Then register before 31st December 2022! For more information, the general terms and conditions and the registration form, go to aanmelden.delftfringefestival.nl.
