How do you experience the festival with friends? Online and on screen. We are all used to it by now but it is sometimes quite lonely. And when you think of a festival, you think above all of happy times and togetherness! So how do you match the online character of this edition with the characteristic conviviality of a performing arts festival? After a lot of brainstorming and consultation, we can honestly say that this year we will create an online festival that gives you a real festival feeling 2.0!

An evening out with friends at home!

Are you done with your Netflix evenings yet and the games cupboard has been played out? Then go fringe-watching with friends! According to the current measures, you are allowed to have 2 visitors per day, but always check the current measures when you make an appointment. Put together your own program or opt for the Delft Fringe Night!

Fun with far-away friends!

Delft Fringe Festival 2021 offers you the chance to enjoy theater with your friends from further away! Something that unfortunately has not been possible for a long time, we are now making possible! Get your friends together, pick a date and choose a cool show to watch together but from a distance. And did you know that even your friends abroad can watch Delft Fringe Festival!

Tip: choose a performance that includes a Q&A, then you can chat together online directly after the performance! Or go for a full-length Delft Fringe Night.

Delft Fringe Disco

When was the last time you went to the disco? Delft Fringe makes it possible with the Delft Fringe Disco! Go crazy, dance, laugh and enjoy the best music from the 80's & 90's! Call all your friends now, move the table aside and put on your best outfit for Saturday 29 and 5 June. We can tell you from our own experience, this disco at home is really awesome. And along with your friends, the hour of dancing will be even more fun!

Take a selfie with the pink Origami Fringe Rabbit

When would you ever have the chance to have your picture taken with a 7-meter-tall pink rabbit? You got it: it’s possible during the Delft Fringe Festival! Meet up with your roommate or best friend at the Markt and have your picture taken with the pink rabbit at an appropriate distance. This picture will definitely do well on your Instagram timeline!

Experience the festival with kids

There's plenty for kids to enjoy at the festival too! There are no less than six performances on the Fringe 4 Kids program, introduce them to the pink rabbit at the market, get started with the 3D-origami coloring page or walk the rabbit trail! And did you know that Huszár has also put together a Fringe 4 Kids Party Box? To be savoured during a wonderful performance.
