The Delft Fringe Festival (2 - 12 June) is not just a cultural outing, but a complete experience. There is also plenty to enjoy this year in the culinary field. There is a collaboration with three different restaurants where a special festival menu is served, so you can be on time for the first evening performance.

The Student Hotel

At The Student Hotel, next to the train station, you can enjoy a delicious snack for €15. It consists of a burger (vegan, chicken or beef) with fries and a drink. Handy: you can also order this menu as to-go.

Het Konings Huys

Het Konings Huys serves a delicious three-course menu to the festival visitors for € 32.50 per person. Choose from:

Starter:

• Carpaccio with beech mushrooms, parmesan cheese & truffle mayonnaise
• Burrata with cherry tomatoes, blueberries and paprika (vegetarian)
• Salmon bonbon filled with herb cream cheese
