En nu?

Struikelend over dagelijks ongemak en diep filosoferend over de grote thema's van het bestaan, zingt, speelt en verbaast Sofie zich een weg door het leven.
Waar is het toiletpapier deze week in de aanbieding? Moet ik een inboedelverzekering? En hoeveel chocola moet er in m'n noodpakket?
Sofie is volwassen. En nu? Geen idee. Het is in ieder geval niet zoals ze zich had voorgesteld. Sofie neemt je mee in de zoektocht naar later, terwijl ze af en toe stiekem terugverlangt naar de tijd waarin prinsen en prinsessen nog niet woke waren en je band nog gewoon geplakt werd.

Biografie
Sofie de Bruijn (2002) is zangeres, theatermaker en presentatrice met een grote liefde voor de Nederlandse taal en bijzondere verhalen. Op haar 14e schreef en speelde ze haar eerste theatershow PuberTijd!. Sindsdien stond ze veel op het podium, van de Grote Zaal in de Goudse Schouwburg tot knusse huiskamers, en van concerten met orkesten tot tv-optredens als Holland's Got Talent en een duet met Paul de Leeuw.

Na haar studie Pedagogische Wetenschappen aan de Universiteit Leiden en een vooropleiding aan de Koningstheateracademie in Den Bosch, studeert Sofie sinds 2023 Jazz & Pop aan het Conservatorium in Zwolle. Met haar pianist, haar warme diepe stem en het gemak waarmee ze op het podium staat, maakt ze elk optreden tot een feestje.

Sofie is an adult. En nu? (Now what?) No idea. In any case, it's not quite what she imagined. Sofie takes you along on her search for adulthood, while secretly longing for the days when princes and princesses weren't "woke" yet and a flat tyre would simply be patched.

Biography
Sofie de Bruijn (2002) is a singer, presenter, and theatre-maker with a great love for the Dutch language and remarkable stories. At fourteen, she wrote and performed her first theatre show, PuberTijd!. Since then, she has performed extensively, from the main stage of the Goudse Schouwburg to intimate living rooms, from concerts with orchestras to television appearances including Holland's Got Talent and a duet with Paul de Leeuw.
After studying Child and Education Studies at Leiden University and completing a preparatory programme at the Koningstheateracademie in Den Bosch, Sofie has been studying Jazz & Pop at the Conservatorium in Zwolle since 2023. With her pianist, her warm deep voice, and the natural ease she brings to the stage, she turns every performance into an experience not to be missed.
